1 Submarine bun
1 tbsp Spectrum Canola Mayonnaise
1 tsp Prepared mustard
2 slices Cheddar cheese
6 slices Yves Veggie Veggie Salami Slices
3 slices Grilled red peppers
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1. Cut slices 2, the width of the bread. Set aside.
2. Slice bread in 2, length-wise. Spread half of the mayonnaise on one side and mustard on the other.
3. Garnish the bottom half, in this order: cheese, salami, red peppers.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with lettuce and enjoy!
